Return & Exchange

Items purchased from us can be returned or exchanged within 14 days.

The following conditions must be met for a return or exchange:

• The items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned with all attached tags.
• The items must not show any traces of makeup or strongly scented deodorants or perfumes.
• The items must be unwashed.

Refunds will be processed between 1-7 days after receiving the items and will be refunded immediately or within a few days depending on the payment provider.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs. The refund will be made immediately and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice. For the refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

We reserve the right to refuse the refund until we have received the items back. You are obliged to return the goods immediately and no later than 14 days from the day you inform us of the withdrawal from the contract to the above-mentioned address.
