Delivery:

• How long does it take to receive my order?
  You can expect the delivery within 3 - 10 working days.
  
  
• What are the shipping options available?
  We send all our products with the Swiss Post Office.
  
  
• Do you offer international shipping?
  Currently we're only shipping within Switzerland.

Returns:

• What is your return policy?
  If there's an issue with the quality with one of our products, we will exchange it without any extra charge. Please check out the terms for returns here.

Payment Options:

• What payment methods do you accept?
  We currently only offer TWINT and PayPal. More options will come soon.

Product information:

• I'm not sure if the tube fits me. What size are they?
  Our tubes are one size and fit most men and women. The size is 43.5 cm in lenght and 23 cm in width.
  
  
• Can I wash my GEARED'UP neck gaiter?
  Yes, you can wash them. But as with every fabric: the hotter you wash and dry them, the faster they lose their color. We recommend washing them by hand or at 30 degree celcius. There's also a wash instruction label on the inside of every tube.
  
  
• Are the designs printed on both sides of the gaiter?
  No, the print is only on the outside of the fabric. The inside is white so that we can print our custom designs on them.

Customization:

• Do you offer customization or personalized designs?
  Currently we don't offer such a service.
